Counsellor/Deputy Head of Mission

Mr. Richard Lemoshira is a career Foreign Service Officer. He has served in various capacities at the Ministry Headquarters and abroad. Before his posting to Dublin Mr. Lemoshira worked in the Office of the Minister for Foreign Affairs as First Secretary. Other previous assignments include Personal Assistant to the Permanent Secretary, Charge D'Afffaires Kenya Embassy Bangkok and Second Secretary/Deputy Head of Mission at the Kenya High Commission in Malaysia.
