The Kenya Investment Authority delegation led by Mrs. Anne Karima-Muchoki, Chairperson visited Ireland between 10th and 13th May, 2015. Also present in the Delegation were Dr. Moses Ikiara, Managing Director of KENINVEST and Mr. Garvan McCann, Minister Counsellor at the Irish Embassy in Kenya.
The visit was organised by the Irish Embassy in collaboration with Kenya Embassy and KENINVEST. The objective of the visit was to deepen the existing investment opportunities between Kenya and Ireland by sharing and learning best practices and learn on Ireland’s success stories in Economic development.
The delegation held successful meetings with various Irish organizations including the Industrial Development Authority; Enterprise Ireland; Third level Institutions; Science Foundation Ireland; the Irish Exporters Association; the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation.
