The Dublin City University (DCU) in partnership with St. Patrick’s College Drumcondra held an open-air ceremony on 10th April, 2015 in honour of the victims of the awful tragedy. Prof. Brian McCarthy, President of the University led the College community in expressing sympathy and solidarity with the bereaved. The participants released 148 balloons representing the victims who perished during the attack.
H.E. Ambassador Richard Opembe attended the ceremony which took place at the Rose Sculpture and Labyrinth in the Centre of the Campus.
