- Please provide your full name, postal address, telephone number, and email on the application form.
- Notify the Embassy in writing at consular@kenyaembassyireland.net of any change to your contact details while your application is in progress.
- Incomplete applications will not be processed and will be rejected.
- Two duly completed application forms.
- A photocopy of the original birth certificate (or death certificate, where relevant).
- A copy of the Notification of Birth, burial permit, or search form, as applicable.
